I have slow down on doing dvd's and have increased my jogging which i much enjoy then working out at home.

I did 20 min of richard challender dvd today.
jog for 47mnutes which feels great!! xxxx

    Yesterday was 64 min. Cathe Friedrich's STS Meso 2 Disc 16 Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
    This morning was 30 min. of Cathe Friedrich's Shock Cardio Hiit Double Wave Pyramid and 20 min. of Chris Freytag's 10lb Slimdown Recovery Core.

    Anyway i did 20 min workout dvd after my run which helps my body to relax after
    the hard run. :-)

    WTG @ ivnascar You are such hard worker and i'm glad you keep it up!!
