I am a 9 year experienced RN, work in the Medical/Surgical ICU area 7a-7p. I charge prn, precept new nurse's and think we have an awesome group. We get a lot of septic patient's, CVVHD, IABP's, all sorts of jazz. Just obtained my FCCS and am working on obtaining my CCRN. I have thought from time to time of obtaining my Master's but frequently decided I just want to enjoy life0

I am a LVN that works on a SNF unit that deals with orthopedic too. Man its amazing work to see someone go from not walking or moving to moving around on thier on. I am trying to get into a online RN program but I don't know whci one to choose. You guys do know that they are suppose to be trying to get rid of all LVN inthe hospital. So if you are a LVN go back to school. It will be well worth it.0
