Daily Goals, Week 2

Okay everybody, I am hoping that many of you took on the mini goals posted last week. If not, here are some new challenges to focus on:

1. Eat stay within a 400 calorie range of your daily calorie goal (For example, if your goal is 2000, minimum would be 1600 and maximum would be 2400.)

2. Get in an HOUR of cardio before your video exercises *Does not have to be right before video, just take the time to fit in your day.*

3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep. Your body needs proper rest to work hard!!

4. Fit in 6w6p at least 4-5x a week in to your schedule. I know many of you and me alike are having trouble with getting in the routine, but this week, let's focus on getting our head in the game. It's just 35 minutes, we can do it!!!

5. Incorporate one daily goal from week 1 that you had trouble with in to this week. Mine will be getting my water!
