Ready for another week?! Hope so cuz its coming whether or not you're ready and the week will be what you make of it!
I'm not 100% but I can definitely tell improvement in how I feel. I'm hoping to hit the tread tonight!

I want to do an easy walk on the tread, I hurt my back yesterday so, we will see how it goes, every little bit counts so I will do what I can even if its only for 5 minutes.0

I did my Pilates and 1 mile on the treadmill as part of my 10k training program. I so want to eat my leftover Red Lobster but it will have to wait until tomorrow. Too late for all that pasta! My water intake has been great today. I am at 56 oz and I haven't had dinner yet so the last 8 oz will go w/ dinner ;-)

Hi all....seems kinda quiet around here for so many members!
I didn't get my workout in . I was so exhausted after work I took a nap for an hour...which is unheard of for me. And I'm talking OUT like a coma type nap. I felt so bad Saturday night I didn't go to sleep until 4am then was up at 8am Sunday so I think I was depleted with that and being sick. After my nap I had rehearsal and came home to eat and then my kids some sweet treats for Vday. Now it's bedtime and I'm getting super tired again. But at least I think I should be feeling pretty good tomorrow based on how much improved I was today from yesterday.
Other than workout, day was pretty decent. I'm 100 calories over for food but I don't think that's so bad since I'm fighting a bug. I could probably use a boost right now. I'm still soda free and made my water with no problem!
I hope everyone rocked today! If not, put it on your list for tomorrow and get it done!0 -

Hubby and I are going to Applebee's for dinner for Valentine's Day. I looked on their website and saw that there were only a few things that I could eat that would keep me around my target range in regards to sodium. I selected those items, so I might be able to enjoy my dinner without being nervous about being over in that department. Especially because my weigh in is on Wednesday. I will have to make sure that I will surpass my 16 cup goal that I set on here to 20 cups of water to make sure my weight is not affected by the salt content. I hope that everyone has a wonderful Valentine's Day and a fantastic week!0

Hey everyone!
I was able to get a 20 min walk in at work and then I went home and jogged/walked a 15 minute mile. Afterwards we all went to Olive Garden for V-Day and I was able to stay under calories. YAY! I didn't get all of my plain water in but I have been choosing unsweet tea instead of Coke or whatever. Overall I think I'm doing pretty good making the small changes that will result in the big ones.
