Welcome to Let's Lose, Walpole!

Congratulations! Your decision to join Let's Lose, Walpole is one that you will find very helpful in your journey to live a healthier lifestyle. We're putting together cooking demos, nutrition information sessions, exercise classes, and other activities to make this the most effective and most fun way that you've ever used to lost weight!

Please check out the Town's website (http://www.walpole-ma.gov) for additional information about the Challenge. As new events are scheduled, we'll be posting them on the website and in this forum.

But we need your help to achieve our goal. Please register by sending an email to letslose@walpole-ma.gov with your user name. Then every week send an email to that same address with your user name and your weight loss. We'll compile the results and post them on a regular basis.

We have 1000 pounds to lose by May 15th; that's 12 weeks. Sounds like a lot, doesn't it? But if 85 people join our Challenge and lose just 1lb per week we'll meet that goal and more!

It's going to be a great 12 weeks! We're looking forward to hearing how you're doing so please post comments on this site! We want to offer you all the support and encouragement we can.
