I'm back on track tracking my nutrition and workouts here on myfitnesspal. How's everyone's progress? I have maintain the 10 lbs. weight loss and going forward!

Everythings been good, I now am at my goal of 175 lb. Been tracking my food better, now I am doing double training sessions twice a week cause cycling season is coming up soon. On those days I need to consume 4000 cal to stay alive! lol Thats hard to eat 4000 good calories, it pushes my grocery bill up. My wife said i was going to eat us broke! lol
I hope that everyone else is have a good time and training hard bikini season soon! LOL!0 -
I am making progress. Have lost 4kgs so far, I am at 11.5% body fat. I believe once I hit 7-8%, I would be ready for clean bulk.0

It's good to see you back. My proress has been good, P90X-2 is going good. It's a different work out thats for sure. The weather has been nice here so i have been out cycling.
Just trying to keep on track every day.0
