Wondering how everyone is feeling here in week 3. Are you falling into a routine? Are you struggling to find a happy medium? Myself, my workouts are becomeing doable and easy to fit into my schedule. I'm still struggling to eat all my calories and drink my water. In the past few days, fruits and veggies have faded a tiny bit too. Today is a new day, and i'm blessed to have another chance to do right by my body. Happy Tuesday!

Today was interesting. Walked around for 4 hours (!!) Looking at farm stuff. No healthy food to be found anywhere, but considering ALL the walking I did, I wasn't so concerned with the fat content. Oh well, getting ready to go swim so hopefully the kids will let me actually swim!0
