The Knotts Berry Farm Coaster Run 10K in March (every finisher gets PIE!), the OC Half Marathon (May), the Long Beach Half Marathon (Oct) and kicking around the San Francisco Half Marathon (July) and the Santa to the Sea Half in Ventura (Dec).

I need to decide on SF by tomorrow cause that's when the prices go up.

SF in July is an awesome race. At the very least, I'd book a room now and ask questions later (most just have a 24 hour cancellation policy).

LA Marathon on March 18 (a couple more weekend then taper time)

OC Half on May 6 (might do the full if the weather is good)

Fontana Half on June 2 (complete with a 2,100+ foot elevation drop!)

SF Marathon on July 29 (90% sure)

+ as much other stuff as I can run without my non-supportive wife leaving me (or vice-versa...)

If everything goes as planned, I will be running the Publix Georgia Marathon on March 18th. If I cannot make it to the States on time, I will have to look for another spring marathon somewhere in Europe. I cannot let all of this training go to waste.

I'm signed up for the Really Big FREE Half-Marathon in Las Vegas - November.

I might sign up for the Rock N Roll LV marathon, but that will depend on how quickly I can whip myself back into shape.

There is also a half-marathon trail run in AZ I'm contemplating - it's in October.

I've heard that, too -- can't wait to try it! They are very military friendly and let us active duty types register early. Thank goodness, because the sellout was impressive...

    6/3/2012 - Navy Nautical 10-miler, Millington, TN
9/9/2012 - Jungfrau Marathon, Interlaken, Switzerland - I'm hoping to get to do this (and training for it). Waiting on passports before I sign up (and praying it doesn't sell out first).
