Hello everyone, I actually got the DVD for Christmas and completed it. I did 10 days at each level. Loved it! Now I am doing each level one day a week and my elliptical or other DVDs on the off days. I didn't lose alot of weight (maybe a pound or two) but I lost inches in my belly, arms and thighs!
It was hard to believe I was dripping sweat after 20 minutes! But it's true. Taking a break from every day but don't want to give it up completely!
