What are you using for the 30 Day Shred?
I am using 3lbs for level 1. Are you supposed to go up in lbs as you progress?

I use 1kg weights, I think you are , to help build up your muscles , I think just use what helps to make you sweat and feel the burn0

I use 2lbs weights...don't know if I will go up or not when I get to level 2.0

I went from 1kg up to 3kg in level 1 but opted to step back till I saw how level 2 went. I must admit my arms / shoulders are burning due to the amount of plank positions we have to hold so not sure I'm ready for more weights yet, but hoping that'll change soon.0
