fat wont budge....

Question... I'm doing Insanity but other then that I'm not very active. I haven't seen much for results as far as lbs lost- should I be doing more than just my Insanity workouts???????

    It looks like your calories are set at 1600 right now, if you are sedentary I think you could stand to lower this a little if you wanted. After a very quick glance through your diary, I could suggest tweaking your diet a little to cut back on the carbs and sugars a little and get a bit more protein.

    If possible, make sure you are getting an accurate reading of your calorie burn during workouts too (with a HRM if you have one). If this is a new exercise routine for you, it is likely that your body is holding on to weight (for muscle repair), that will discipate over time.

    Also remember that you are not very overweight, so the fat may take a little more time to shift for you than you will see on some others around here. Don't be discouraged by that. Just know that you are exercising and making an effort to eat well, this is really all you need to do and results will come in time - I gaurantee.
