Hey- So I just started the 30 day shred this week, and I am finding it pretty easy. Should I just try to put more into each workout or step it up already to level 2? I really want the same results as everyone else in this program, so I want to do it right!

Did you try upping your weights for the first level?

I found level 1 on You Tube and gave it a try tonight (have bought her collection DVD on Amazon but not arrived yet) as was a bit anxious from reading others saying it killed them etc. but like you I found it quite do-able. I definitely need to up my weights but ... maybe it's more about the toning so not necessarily about weight loss. I felt a bit disappointed but will persevere and do it properly come Monday when I should have my DVD. I didn't have any weights to hand so used cans of tomatoes in place but really that's 1lb weights so hoping with heavier weights I'll feel like I'm doing something.

For the last 6 weeks have been working out 5 days a week alternating between 1 hour of cardio / conditioning / core work for one day and 45 minutes kettlebell work out with 5kgs / 11lbs weight.
