I started eated Paleo last Thursday. On Saturday I felt terrible, major carb withdrawals. After that I felt ok but I have very little energy. I didn't even notice how bad it was until last night when two people, within ten minutes of each other, asked if I was okay because I looked really drained.

I've been eating eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast, for lunch and dinner some combo of meat and veggies (steak and broccoli, chicken stir fry). I've snacked on grapes, turkey pepperoni, and green machine smoothies. I had a banana with lunch today. I'm going to body pump class tonight and I'm worried I'm going to crash in the middle! What am I doing wrong?

Not doing anything wrong, it's kind of how it goes the first week to ten days when you make such a drastic change in diet. Just make sure you're getting enough protein, that should help with the energy some.

What are your macros set at right now?

Haha, no not at all. I was just curious as to what your protein, carb and fat percentages are set at on MFP.

Most of the effects you're feeling are primarily from removing such high carb foods from your diet. You'll adjust soon. Also watch your sugars, i.e. fruits, the sugar is going to give you a burst of energy but quickly wear off. Try eating some nuts before your workout, that will give you some carbs and protein and should give you some more energy.
