How do I track my exercise in MFP for the C25K?

I am starting the C25K today and I will be doing W1D1 of course, so how would I put that into MFP?
I am new here, so please be gentle...still figuring things out :)

    I just put in ____ minutes walking at _____ speed, and _____ minutes running at _____ speed. (Now I'm at 3.5 walk and 5.0 run.....but do what you're comfortable with)

    I was wondering about that.... I basically did as flibberdajibb said for my first workout last night. Only problem is there is no running at 4.3, or even 4.5! Don't know my calorie burn so I didn't enter it as running, did it as walking.

    I'm starting to add the C25K exercises by week into My Fitness Pal. Not sure if anyone else can see/use them, but feel free to take a peek. Search for "C25K - Week #" I'm including the total Walk/Jog times for anyone who needs to adjust them as well.
