Have those of you who are living in the UK managed to find things like coconut /almond flour or almond butter?? I imagine that this stuff might be easy to find in London, but I'm in the Midlands.

Suggestions welcome!! Thanks!

I use ground almonds most of the time, plus put dessicated coconut in the food processor. recently I used both ground almond and dessicated coconut (separately) to make milk, then dried out the fibres for flour - works pretty well and you get some cheap coconut milk for smoothies etc.

They do sell coconut flour in Holland and Barratt but its rather expensive. I've heard that Indian food shops are a good source too, and some sell online but I have invested in any myself as yet. Good luck!

  • Hi!
You can get almond butter in Tesco. I haven't tried to buy almond flour but I've also used amazon for less easy to find stuff e.g. stevia.
    Good luck!
  • Thanks all!
