Starting the new rules of lifting next friday. Hopefully, really soon, some of you will do the same and we will have a discussion forum :) I am not done reading the book but right now I really like what I see.
You have:
Fat loss 1 (workouts A & B, one to 6)
Fat loss 2 (workouts A & B, one to 6)
Fat loss 3 (workouts A & B)

Hypertrophy 1 (workouts A & B, one to 12)
Hypertrophy 2 (workouts A , B & C, one to 8)
Hypertrophy 3 (workouts A & B, one to 12)

Strenght 1 (workouts A , B , C, & D )
Strenght 2 (workouts A , B , C, & D )
Strenght 3 (workouts A , B , C, & D )

and you mix and match your own program for wjhat you want.

    Interesting! How much do the workouts differ from the women's version? I have been finding myself wondering if the women's version is designed only for fat loss....

    Sounds great! let us know how it goes. Only in Stage 4 but already thinking about what next. NROL original vs NROL Abs vs something else. Haven't heard many people talking about Alwyn's wife's book which I think is Female Body Breakthrough so not sure whether that is good or not. In any case, will be psyched to follow your progress! Thanks!

    I've read it. I got it for hubs, and he's not a reader. So I read it and wrote up workout sheets for him. He's following the "Man of Constant Obligation" program.

    I'm seeing lots of similar moves. There are lots of concepts that aren't covered in the women's version, tho. Maybe because we don't really have the ability (or usually the desire) to increase muscle size, and that's what a good deal of it is geared toward.

    I see this as something I could do later on, maybe. I also have New Rules for Life pre-ordered. I should have enough to see me into senility, between the 3 of them!
