So, we need something to kick start this group back in to the chatty group we had. I have had a horrible week for food this week. I am so expecting a large gain. I have over done it on everything! :ohwell:

I need a lil extra motivation. Today, I didn't even log. Well, first off my phone was broke and then my basement flooded, so we had to clean up tons of washing machine water. So, I have been a mess at home.

How about from today till friday we log every single bite of food. Starting tomorrow morning! Nothing gets past my lips unless it is logged!

    I'm in! I've been really good this week and exercised 30 minutes 5 times a week. I'm not expecting a huge loss, probably just a pound, but that's fine.

    I have been talking more in other places…I have my first big challenge this week with a lunch out and dinner out on same day. I have been staying home because its easier…I did fine with food on both lunch and dinner but I drank too much wine at dinner.

    With friends who tend to drink more its hard to stick by my one glass!
