So, I am definitely showing up late to the party. I had some pretty heavy family matters this last week and just didn't give a **** about starting, but after I got out of my slump I knew it was time. I just finished D1 of week 1 and I just have to say I am a sweaty beast! This is a BIG THANK YOU to all of you posting your efforts because reading them inspired me to do this. I know it's just day 1 for me, but I'm very happy to start somewhere and know that you all have endured so well! Oh and by the way, how are you logging your exercise?

Congrats on starting!!
It's a tough workout, but you'll feel great once you've finished the whole program
I think most people are logging their workout at "circuit training" or "weight training" on here. If you have a heart rate monitor or something that can tell you how many calories you have burned, then you can make a type of customized entry on here where you type what workout it was, how long and how many calories.

Dont worry about starting late. we are all on different levels and happy to have you here!! unless you have a heart rate monitor everyone is logging it as circuit training.0
