Starting again after years - question

Hi all! I've been lurking in this group for awhile now as I eat down my fridge full of low calorie products, in order to make the switch over to low-carb. I've lost 20 pounds eating 1200 or less calories a day but that has seriously stalled now. So I am going to give Atkins a try (again). I actually did Atkins about 7 years ago with GREAT success - but I stopped when I became highly lactose intolerant. I assume the two were not related, but who knows. I've not been able to eat any dairy for many MANY years, and even the lactaid pills did not help. However, for the past 6 months or so I have slowly been bringing some dairy back into my meals, and taking the lactaid pills, and doing great. So I feel like I am ready to try Atkins again - since it is pretty dairy rich.

So my question is - does anyone know if there are any carbs in lactaid pills? I buy the swallow ones, not the flavored chew ones, and take 2 or 3 with my meals depending on the amount of dairy I eat.
