SUPPORT.
Support is one of the most important ingredients in any goal you may be striving for.
It's as important as the equipment you use, or the planning you do.
Right out of the gate, give yourself the advantage by surrounding yourself with people who are POSITIVE and can remain so, even in the down turns. Stick with the folks who care about and love you.
Forget about the naysayers. The negativeness, leave all that behind you. They're not worth your valuable time or precious energy.
