How low can go before you lose your sanity with carbs? Does anyone feel the blues on low carbs?
I have found if I eat less than 100g a day I get angry and lash out at people a lot but 150g seems to be a sweet spot for me.

Every person's reaction to what amount of carbs will be different.
I know just starting out on it, I had the severe carb-related migraines for the first two to three days.
After that I had been completely alleviated....
I do though, have to have a minimum 65g per day per my Endocrinologist - and this is based on my individual and unique medical situation.0 -
No problems at all with my moods!
It's obviously a very personal response - we are all so different.1 -
i'm eating about 20-30g carbs a day. I'm eating a lot of fat however. The fat keeps me happy. That's the key.1
