Well, I have been a total slacker this week. MY knee has really put a hurting on working out.
Don't forget to weigh in!
So, this week I will keep it simple...
1. Get some extra fiber in. Even if you have to use benefiber or something like that. It will help to keep the colon moving! LOL
2. Fruit and vegging suck in the winter time, but try to find some nice ones at the store. Get some extra in this week. I know I don't eat enough on the winter, do you?
3. Walk 2 miles this week at least. Getting back into the swing of things can be hard in the cold. You can usually do a 20 minute mile, so even if you have to walk around the house, let's get moving!
4. here's a different challenge. invite some friends to join the group! I am thinking you can invite them from the main group page if not post their names on here and I will invite them!
