Hi
How is everyone doing. I have a hard time fixing a breakfast. I made oatmeal this morning and oh the calories and carbs. I think I might have to think of different kinds. The only thing is it is under 300 for the whole meal.

Hi Daisy!
I tend to have eggs or fruit for breakfast. A two egg omelett , using one calorie spray for the pan, usually puts me at 150 calories, keeps me full until lunch too0
