well I started WK3 today (and I think I'm going to do 8 days each for wks 3 & 4 and that will give me a total of 30 days).......wow gotta love tricep dips (not)....anyway KEEP UP ALL THE HARD WORK...hope your all seeing results :smile:

    I start week 3 tonight too. I think I was suppose to start it yesterday, but forgot, lol.

    I did first day of week 3 and I really didn't like it. Maybe it's just that I was trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing. Some very strange moves.
  • Ok im loving week 3, especially those weird pushups. I definitely will do this week and next for 8 days each so i get my 30 days.

    I'm so not a fan of Week 3, but I am also going to do an extra day on it and Week 4 so I have a full 30 days. Other than the hard/weird moves, I am LOVING my results so far!
