Do you guys workout in the AM? I have been trying to first thing, but between waking up hungry and needing the buffer time between taking synthroid and eating, sometimes it is downright impossible! Halfway through the workout I am exhausted!
What do you guys do?

I almost always work out between my meds and breakfast. Helps kill the time faster. And then I've also got a workout in! I try to push myself through no matter how tired I am. Sometimes I do yoga, sometimes I'll do something more active. I had to build up to it, could only do 10-15 minutes at first. But now I go from 30 to 45 minutes most days.0

I wake up take my Levo. (around 6:30 am ) eat one hour later. Take my vitamins after breakfast. Take care of kids/house and then around 11am start to pump myself up( go on MFP , look a fit people) Then workout anywhere from 12noon to 1:30pm, that way my other 3 kids are at school and I get done before they get home. I have hypo( hashi's) So I have barely any energy to workout early! Do it when you are feeling the best, peferably with a little something still in your tummy, I have a hard time working out on an empty stomache I dont know how you are doing it !0

I have been adding some electrolytes to my water..... that seems to help a bit. I seem to alternate waking up with hunger are minor nausea. The past 2 weeks are the first time I have tried to do workouts between meds and breakfast!0

I've always been a morning person so I work out in the am. If I don't get it done then - it's just not going to happen.
I have a lot of weight to lose and what I have been doing in the past just isn't working. So, I am trying new things, it's all trial & error. I do feel that working out first thing in the morning is firing up the furnace of my metabolism. I take my armour, workout and then eat breakfast (not previously a breakfast eater) which is high in protein and lower in carbs.
I have also greatly reduced gluten (gluten free at home but if I go to someone's house I eat what they serve), greatly reduced dairy and increased my calories. I eat back most of my exercise calories on days I feel hungry and on days I don't I leave the deficit.
These changes seem to be working for me. I feel like I am in the zone now and it's just being consistent with these new healthy habits and time.0
