Is Tali an option in this one? I saw that in ME2, but she wasn't in my party long enough to open up any romance options in my ME3 game (due to my choice at the end of the Quarian / Geth section).0

Damn it...you mean I didn't woo her enough? Time for another play thru0

Ah. I played ME2 on the PC, but got ME3 on the Xbox 360, so no imports for me.0

Tali and Garrus can be romanced in ME3, provided you started one with them in ME2. You also need not start any new romances in ME3 or else this will break it off with them.
You can also kinda have one-night stands with Miranda, Jack, Kelly Chambers, and someone else i believe if you showed them interest in ME2 and meet up with them in ME3 (provided they survived the suicide mission that is).0 -

Gamers unhappy with the endings of Mass Effect 3 will get "further closure" thanks to new added content, developer Bioware has announced.
Large numbers of fans had complained that the finale to the popular saga did not live up expectations.
The company said they would provide a number of "game content initiatives" to clarify aspects of the game's plotline.
In a blog post, Bioware co-founder Ray Muzyka described the feedback as "incredibly painful".
"Our first instinct is to defend our work and point to the high ratings offered by critics - but out of respect to our fans, we need to accept the criticism and feedback with humility," he said.
Gamers flocked to forums shortly after the game's release earlier this month to complain that the game's different endings were underwhelming.
Through the series, which made its debut in 2007, players would make choices over how to continue within the game. They been promised that these decisions, of which there were over 1000, would impact the conclusion.
However, thousands complained that Mass Effect 3 only had three alternative endings, with no significant differences between them.
As part of their campaign to have the game changed, supporters have raised more than $70,000 (£44,000) for a children's charity.
Mr Muzyka continued: "Mass Effect 3 concludes a trilogy with so much player control and ownership of the story that it was hard for us to predict the range of emotions players would feel when they finished playing through it.
"The journey you undertake in Mass Effect provokes an intense range of highly personal emotions in the player; even so, the passionate reaction of some of our most loyal players to the current endings in Mass Effect 3 is something that has genuinely surprised us."
It remains to be seen how Bioware will work in the changes in order to satisfy the disgruntled gamers.
Keza MacDonald, UK games editor for IGN.com, said: "It's highly unusual for a developer to release downloadable content [DLC] that actually alters the ending of a game - usually it comes in the form of extra missions or more story details for people who want them.
"Games like Portal and Fallout 3 have had their endings altered slightly to accommodate DLC or a sequel, but that wasn't a reaction to fan requests. It's not certain that Bioware actually will change the ending, but if they do, it'd be pretty much unprecedented."

I woo'd her back in Mass Effect 2
and continue to do so in Mass Effect 3
I now have a picture of her next to my bed, Alien Romance bro0 -
I am ok with DLC adding to the endings to clarify or resolve issues that people may have, but if the company actually alters the original endings that shipped with the game i'll lose respect for BioWare. Make the product, release it and deal with the consequences. DLC to resolve ending issues should expand on those endings to help clarify issues. They should not overwrite them as if they never existed.
I personally believe the endings...while lacking...are the way they are so that it paves the way for ME3 DLC and/or future ME titles that will fill in those gaps of the story. Lest we forget EA owns BioWare now, and if there is one thing i know about EA it's that they are money-grubbing *kitten*. How else can you explain the Ashes DLC, where the source code for the DLC was ALREADY included with the game, and your activation code just unlocked it for use?
I love me some BioWare, but i think with all of this going on we are starting to see EA's taint on the company. I mean, do i even need to mention Dragon Age 2?0 -
I was playing ME3 wth gusto until I heard they jumped the shark with the ending. I'm in a holding pattern to see if/when BioWare does indeed "revise" the endings.
In a way, I kind of got rorked over ME3... I played the original ME on the 360, then ME2 on the PS3. Problem is, my PS3 got ripped off during a move late last year, and consequently all my game saves went with it (ironically, a week or so later is when Sony introduced cloud saves. DOH!) So I've had to play "from scratch" as it were. I started another ME2 runthrough, but didn't finish it before ME3 dropped. Oh freakin' well... :glasses:0 -
I'm currently on earth
but got hooked on multiplayer, so haven't finished it yet! Gosh darn it! haha0 -
I played it on Xbox 360 and beat it. Rather sad at that ending but glad I have a lot of saves that let me go redo the ending if they decide to rework it. I played all 3 games through a few times on Xbox 360 so I've got that achievement, and really I'm sad at the endings we got.0

I bawled my eyes out throughout this game. Some deaths were really well done (but heartbreaking nonetheless). The ending was too postmodern even for me. Bugger speculation! I want this: http://penny-arcade.com/comic/2012/03/16 (not a spoiler).
Multiplayer is awesomesauce.0 -
I have not yet finished. I romanced the communications officer and that angered Liara. No chance to win her back yet.0
-
That communications officer is mighty fine, I'd call that a fair trade.0

Just got it yesterday. Yes, I know I'm behind, but I was poor, so poor!
Loving it so far. Haven't had a look at multiplayer yet but will give it a go once I'm back in the swing of things.
pm me for my xbox gamertag please as I might need coaching!0
