Week 6 completed

I finished Week 6 yesterday. I started out at 6.5 mph but my legs were really tired and I did not know why. So I backed it down to 6.0 mph and made it through. Later it dawned on me that I had done 75 squats during the day at work. So I learned not to do weight lifting on my aerobic days and vice versa.

    Congrats... you are cruisin' right along. You'll be thru the program in no time!!
  • Thanks, my plan when i get through is to move outside (weather permitting) and getting used to real life instead of a smooth, chushioned, timed treadmill pace. Where are you in the program?
