Week 6 completed

I finished Week 6 yesterday. I started out at 6.5 mph but my legs were really tired and I did not know why. So I backed it down to 6.0 mph and made it through. Later it dawned on me that I had done 75 squats during the day at work. So I learned not to do weight lifting on my aerobic days and vice versa.

    Congrats... you are cruisin' right along. You'll be thru the program in no time!!

    Thanks, my plan when i get through is to move outside (weather permitting) and getting used to real life instead of a smooth, chushioned, timed treadmill pace. Where are you in the program?
