TOO hungry!

I have had to cut back down to 1500 cals as I just wasn't losing on 1600 at all, in fact I gained, but I am so hungry all the time on 1500! Someone give me some ideas! I'm veggie btw.

Drinking more water may help. It will fill up your stomach without any calories.0

I'm veggie as well, and since I've started focusing on increasing my protein I've noticed I feel fuller. I start off each day with a protein shake, and I've been trying to work in more sources of protein like greek yogurt and beans. Eating high volume stuff like fruits and veggies also helps, not to mention they're good for you!0
