REST DAYS- Have you taken any?- How often?

Just wondering about rest days when doing the 30 day shred.

I didnt manage to do the dvd yesterday (would of been day 12) this was due to one of the babys been poorly and me and hubby had a constant day of nursing poorly baby while his twin was rather happy and wanting to play. 'TOUGH DAY' Today is very similar but im going to get on it when the babys are in the bath so hubby will entertain while I quickly blast through workout.

Found myself feeling rubbish at the thought of missing another day, Have you taken rest days? How often? Or do you do the 30 days solid? I dont really want to miss any but yesterday there was just no way I could get it in! Prob wont feel so bad if I know others have had days off...

    I took rest days. I should be starting day 11 level 1 today but havent gotten that far. I really saw results with skipping days even, i.e., 3 days in a row then rest 4 days in a row then rest. I think the last day I did was Thursday but I'm getteing back in my groove this week. I haven't been eating good but it's on now. Good luck

    Every Sunday I rest. No workout. No worry about calories. Still log though.

    I took off this week, only because it was getting boring, and I am on TOM, BLEH!! I get very crampy and miserable, so i can't workout as intense as i want..But I am starting level 2 this week..

    thanks guys, i thought the odd rest days will possibly be helpful. Think to have maybe 1 day a wk rest would work. I do other workouts on top of this but just want maximum results at the end.

    Day 14 tomorrow means halfway!!!.... level 3 is slowly approaching and will sure need a rest day then!!

    This is my second round of 30 DS. I took several days off, mainly because of sickness, and a couple of days because I was really tired! I completed day 20 today! starting level 3 tomorrow. Planning not to take any more days off until I complete my 10 days :)

    I am on level 2 day 5 ... I haven't been doing very good on the weekends, so I always find myself taking Sat/Sun off.. I have taken probably 5 rest days total. I am so bored with the DVD. It is still tough but I want to do another workout already lol... but I am going to finish it out! Keep going :)!

    I swore I was going to make it 5 days a week on L2 but so far not so much, lol. I've done 4 days of L2 for the past two weeks. Started L2W3 yesterday...and swearing I'm going to get 5 days in this week. Regardless, I can see a change in my body, my jeans are loose, my waist is tighter, and even my problem thighs are slimming down. I can only imagine the change I would see had I actually been getting in 5 or 6 days a week! By the end of this week, I will be ready for L3, I'm almost certain.

    i have had a rest day each week so im on day 15 but only done 13 days of the circuit. I am going on to level 3 this week, feeling ready now to take it on, level 2 still gets me hot and bothered but I do all the sections now where as before I needed the odd break or had to follow the lower impact.

    I broke today at half way point and remeasured... (i measured the day i started) and in the 15 days I have lost 6.5cms.... this is from 4 areas in total.... arms/ waist/bust/ hips! SO HAPPY. I can also see the tummy shrinking and my legs definately look slimmer. This has given me the boost to carry on and work through the next 15days!!!

    LOVE BEING ABLE TO GRADUALLY SEE THE RESULTS.
