ok ladies!! Lets see if we can lose 5 lbs in March
on March 1st we will post our currant weight, check in once a week, and post our results.
I do my weigh day on Thursdays, if you have a preference, then post in, on your weigh in day after the 1st.
Drink your water and eat eat eat ALL of your calories, to up too 1/2 less of your workout calories. I do not eat my workout calories back, but I know if I go over my calories I have that lee way and have shown weight loss when I do., so listen to your body.
So lets encourage one another, especially during that week, I myself will show a 7 lb gain but over night it is gone, if you don't know your body it is disheartening. Why 5 lbs? Because I am slow loser,and it can seem so trivial, but if we look at the big picture by xmas it is 45 lbs, in a year it is 60.
So chime in if you want in for The challenge

I am in but with my work schedule I may need to change my weigh in days a little. I work 24-96 hour straight shifts.0

5lbs in 4 weeks is actually right in with what is recommended. Fast to loose, fast to gain back, slow to loose, easier to keep it off in my on personal opinion sooooo....
I am in. Feb was not the month for me due to illness so I did not make my 5lb goal in feb but March is a new month right?0 -
I'd love to do this challenge!
I dont have any scales at home, so I'll have to use the ones at the gym for this challenge.
I lost a big fat 0 over the past 3 weeks, so this could be the challenge to get me back on track!0 -

Count me in...my weigh in day is FRIDAY... the challenges keep me accountable...I'm currently trying to loose 10 pounds by March 17 (wedding to attend), 20 pounds by July 29 (family reunion/vacation), 30 pounds by November 24 (anniversary cruise?), 40 pounds by January 23, 2013 (girls cruise to Cozumel). I'm in! Happy to be in a group of like minded women. Great challenge for me. My big challenge is eating all my cals and trying to cut into my exercise cals. Aiming for half of them sounds like a great experiment.0 -
I'm in for the 5lb challenge. I'm getting the sugar out of the diet as much as possible. That means no more Malt of Meal Colossal Berry Crunch!!0

just a wee thing,
i cant find stepper on the execise tab does anyone know the calorie count for this......
trying to get myself sorted, but always seem to find the bad stuff to munch on,,(choc)...hoo humm.......please friend me need everyones encouragement to get mojo back....... at 46 getting a bit up with this now......
