On this thread we are encouraged to log what goal(s) we want to accomplish for the MONTH vs the day. This may induce some thought but as we accomplish our DAILY goals, we are also accomplishing our MONTHLY goals.
So what do YOU want to see for YOU at the end of THIS MONTH?

FEBRUARY'S MONTHLY GOAL

February's Monthly Goals
I would like to have 85 miles of walking/running under my belt.
Start strength training
Lose a total of 7 pounds for my Biggest loser contest which goes from my weight 2/6 -- which actually was up some from Superbowl Sunday! So it won't actually jive with our weekly weigh-in since those weights are on Fridays.0 -
Dorie, would Monday's be a better weigh in for you? I would for me. Is that the day that your Biggest Loser weighins are?0

Yes, that would be great! Then I can weigh in Monday for both!
Also, a bonus to Monday weigh-ins is that it keeps me on the straight and narrow over the weekend which if not held accountable can sometimes be disastrous!!0 -

Report for February goals:
I would like to have 85 miles of walking/running under my belt. YES 98 miles
Start strength training - YES
Lose a total of 7 pounds for my Biggest loser contest which goes from my weight 2/6 -- which actually was up some from Superbowl Sunday! smile So it won't actually jive with our weekly weigh-in since those weights are on Fridays. YES 7.2 pounds lost Feb 6th-Feb 27th!
March Goals:
I would like to have 100 miles of walking/running under my belt.
Complete the Couch 2 5K program - I am starting on week 6 March 5th
Do strength training 2X per week
Lose a total of 13.6 pounds for my Biggest loser contest which goes from my weight 2/6 -- so that would be a total of 6.4 pounds in March.

My February goals were:
Weight 220 - No but close!
Back on track with all workouts and eating goals - No, but getting there.
Last week of February having perfect daily goal marks! No, but am on track now!
I guess somethings take more time than we think but the most important thing is that we get there. And I am there now!
So my MARCH GOALS are:
Weight: 208
Workout: To have discovered the type of workout that works for my body without overdoing it like the past 3 months
House: Totally organize and ready for spring cleaning
Hair: To heat treat it as little as possible for growth.
Still thinking of more.0 -
