So what have you guys done today? How is your eating? Have you worked out? How many calories do you have left?

My lunch went south for a bit. I didn't eat everything I had planned, but will pick up some extra veggies tonight at home. I've had my allotted water for the day, but will be drinking more during my workout tonight and afterward. I've focused on helping my friends make good choices today. I'm logging everything that goes into my piehole with honesty and haste so I don't forget something. Tonight, I'm going to bootcamp class and then doing a zumba class. I will burn about 900 calories and end up for the day with a Net of 800 calories or less. Tomorrow will start one of my three Low Calorie Days and I'm looking forward to it. It's always a challenge on those days to feel satisfied and be under cals and/or sodium. Worried about Friday though. There's this big party in my honor (and for a few others as well) and it will be crammed with food. I will not be doing my usual Friday workout and that makes me uneasy. I will lower my calories for that day from 1700 to 1500 and probably end up skipping a meal (we'll call it fasting) so I can have some cake and a slice of pizza Friday night. I'm working on keeping my weekly calorie intake to about 12,250 total. That's been working so far. **fingers crossed**0

Still have 591 calories, but have not logged in my jog from earlier. I still have another workout to do. Wasn't hungry much during lunch, so I had a soup at hand and a rice cake with almond butter. Not sure about dinner yet. We will see. I'm sure I will be under today! :happy:0
