Good morning all,
Sorry that I haven't checked in all weekend. I only use a mobile app at home and of course that don't allow you to check in on the message boards.
Anyway it was a pretty successful weekend. I received my HRM so I have begun to use that for my exercises. I didn't run yesterday like I had planned to. I had a pulled muscle or something behind my kneecap so I rested it. It feels so much better today so exercise here I come.

Good morning! Today is going to be a better day than yesterday! No midday walk yesterday w/ high winds and I didn't get Pilates in yesterday b/c I had a meeting after work. I skipped Pilates this morning too but I will be working out this afternoon for sure before another mtg I have a 6pm lol0

I hate that the app doesnt have boards access. My laptop is down so I can only get here via web page on phone or through my kindle.
I really want a soda today. Probably since I broke down and had one Sunday.
I didnt get a specific workout in yesterday but got a lot done around house yesterday. I dont mind missing it if Ive been busy. And now Im caught up for the week which will allow more time for things like working out.
I need to start working more on building muscle and less on straight cardio. I saw better results and felt so much fitter. Now I just have to find a routine. Have a great day!!0 -
I could use my kindle to log into the webpage but I try to stay off the internet when I'm at home. Sitting in front of the computer all day is enough for me.0

Good Tuesday evening everyone ! I am fighting a cold these days...haven't been sick in a long while. Seems like one thing after another lately. I am managing to stay under calories...most every day. Exercise...well lets just say it hasn't been happening. Other than a little here and there...not enough to log, so I don't . I am hoping to be better before weeks end. I am ready for a good week now !!!!!!!!!! Have a great evening ! :drinker:0

I hate when I eat out and don't know my calorie intake...UGH...so I did a workout after dinner just to be careful ;-)...WEIGH IN DAY TOMORROW. I finally will get to the gym tomorrow! YAY!0
