    I am almost to the 1 year mark! So Great Job *smile* I Know if I can do it anyone can, I smoked for 45 years.

    Great job! I've quit not long ago and having a hard time. I quit beginning of Feb. and lapsed on and off. Haven't smoked at all this week. I admire anyone who can stay smoke free. Gives me hope that I will be able to quit permanantley too.
