I am so crushed about no calcium within 4 hours of taking thyroid medicine. My go to breakfast for the past few years has been greek yogurt and some fruit. So what do you guys have?
I don't like hard boiled eggs, and I don't like to have eggs daily - I usually like to have something a little lighter.
And I only have 15 minutes to make something. I am not into cereal .. it takes me 3-6 months to finish a box. Oatmeal is more of a once a month breakfast, I get sick of it pretty fast as well.
Any suggestions?

I have a nasty habit of skipping breakfast. Usually I have a cup of tea an hour after I take my medication, and then eat a big lunch. If my blood sugar is off though, I will make cream of wheat with some unfortified almond milk. My mom usually makes english muffins with a slice of warm ham on top.0

Wow.. 4 hours seems like a long time. What type of meds are you on? When I wake up in the morning its Synthroid. Then I wait an hour, and have oatmeal with a little fat free milk. Because of the calcium I wait another hour and take my first dose of Cytomel.
You could make ahead of time some whole grain muffins, and eat those with some fresh fruit in the morning.0
