Glad someone started this group

I just tweeted this morning that for Lent, I'm giving up "untrammeled consumption". I said I knew that sounded pretty lame, but I've been on a real tear with food in the past few months, and I am thinking that the first step I need to take is to just start tracking my food and exercise. I want to take the Lenten aspect of it seriously, too, though my Christian faith is more a part of my family history than it is a part of my day-to-day life now. But I remember giving things up for Lent as a child, and I like the idea of being a bit observant of Lent this year, using my eating as a focus. Hope that may resonate for someone - thanks again for starting this group!
