Roadblocks to fitness

Is there a certain challenge you face in trying to lose weight?

Whether its eating, getting you water in, etc....share it here. Who knows...someone else may have a suggestion for you that may help!!

    I think my biggest issue is getting into an exercise routine but I'm working on it.

    My old trainer told me to go to the gym immediately after work. I started that a year ago. I pack my workout clothes for the week, take them to work on Mondays and change at work then hear straight to the gym for a 50-90min workout. While I was not consistent w/ my eating last year I was with going to the gym. I added a challenge or goal to do 11 5k races in 2011 which I accomplished as well. Set some measurable goals, write them down and track them. I have my 5k races and (2) 10k races planned out for 2012
