I am looking for something induction friendly. Checking out Linda's Low Carb site and I can't pick one! What is YOUR favorite low carb ground beef recipe? =)

    I love these Ranch Cheddar Turkey burgers! You could also do them with ground beef!

    I don't use a bun - just eat the patty. I also don't use low fat cheese - I use regular cheese. YUMMY!

    Tacos! Instead of tortillas, I wrap them in lettuce.

    I have always loved what we call "Poor Man's Soup". Even when I wasn't dieting. First, you brown the burger. While browning, heat a pot full of water and/or chicken broth (or beef broth, I like chicken better) Brown meat, and add any vegetables you want, carrots, potatoes(I don't eat these because I am on a low carb diet, but if that's not the case for you, they are great in this soup) Add onions and garlic and ground beef into the pot and salt and pepper. It's easy, and you can customize it any way you want;

    these all sound delish, thank you!

    I ended up doing a "hamburger stroganoff" tonight and it is YUMMY!

    I put in 1/2 pound of ground beef and 1/2 ground turkey (might as well cut down on fat when I can!)
    1 small onion diced
    1 small can of sliced mushrooms
    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup beef broth
    1 cup sour cream
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste

    Brown onions and beef, mix the rest in and simmer for about 30 minutes. YUM!!!

    Makes 4 servings of 5 net carbs each.
