what a month!

only a week left in the month, how is everyone doing?
i plummeted to my weaknesses and binged for days on end- as usual
but im fasting this week and starting fresh, im giving up junk food for good!
just over 3 weeks left til st patricks day, hoping to show something for it!

    I'm doing alright. dropped back to 125.75. and then to 125.5 (which is a new low)
    working out has been phenomenal, training for a marathon is killer though.
    idk if i can go through with it.

    good job getting your head cleared enough to start fresh. and good luck giving up junk food. i don't think i could do that.
    and if you stick to it, by st Patrick's day you'll definitely have some results. you look amazing already though

    I am currently maintaining a highere weight that i originally started with. My waist remains at 24 in though, so i suspect some muscle growth. I'll break down the last 5-10 lbs of fat next month though. Hello HIIT and 6 pack in 60 work outs. xP

    glad you two are doing well. I wish i was losing.

    I will never give up junk food unless i move to some far off location and start living off my own garden or somthing. I like eating out too much.
