Im so excited and proud of myself I just wanted to share with you guys! This "cardio-junkie aka scale watcher" just did 60mins straight weight lifting for the first time by myself!! All with free weights and only 30-45 sec breaks..And i did deadlifts with a 45lb barbell that i couldnt do 2 wks ago #STRONGER!!

Wohoo! Great progress!
I had a fun one today in the gym. I did the lat pulldown machine. There was another super buff guy doing sets on it as well. His weight: 110.
I did 100! I felt oh so proud of myself, as I wasn't too far off of his weight.
A couple weeks ago I was doing 70. I think I am ready for 110.

New record squats! I'm not too far off 1xbw either! (Which in this case is roughly 130 lbs, or exactly 60 kg)0 -
