I don't think that I posted these in the past, but then, I may have.
Has anyone heard of the book "Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks" ? It isn't about losing quickly, just how to do it in a healthy way. They are saying that if you follow their advice then you could possibly lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I am all for this IF it is done without fad diets or starvation or even cutting out any food types. It has to be done with a well balanced diet. They stress portion control more than anything. Plus, getting our bodies moving. It sounds good to me. I am half way through the book and I am starting to apply their ideas.

Anything that claims to can lose X amount of weight in Y amount of time appears to be a fad sadly. Save some cash and just work harder and longer on your exercises and carefully track your calories.
I see our starting weight and goal is almost the same btw, I know it sucks being so close but turning to fad diets and extreme measures will just ensure those last couple lbs will soon be back. Hard work is the best way to get is off and keep it off. Feel free to friend me and we'll try to get to 140 together0 -

Hi Friend :bigsmile: I believe as you do. And, really the only person who would need this book is someone who doesn't know what to eat or that exercise is important. But, then...I need the reminding.:laugh:0
