Wednesday's Hump Day Challenge

To those who choose to accept this challenge, let's do some jumpin' for hump day! Third day of the week calls for three exercises in this sequence to be done at your convenience. Nothing too heavy, just something fun!!!
1). Jumping Jacks(4) then Front Kicks (4) then Jumping Jacks (4) then Back Kicks (4) - 3 sets of 10
2). Frog Hops (2 forward, 2 back - remember to get loooowwwww) - 1 minute
3). Basketball Squat Jump Shots (squat, grab imaginary basketball, stand, jump shot) - 1 minute
Repeat this sequence as necessary. Do some, do all, do whatever you can, but let's get moving!!! I'm feeling all plyo today
