Transition back to Raw

Hello...

So, a few years back I switched to Raw foods (did the Rainbow Green Life Food Cuisine phases) for about a year due to some health issues, and then slowly got away from it. Anyway, of course, health issues are back and I'm transitioning back to raw. Today is day 1 of the official switch. I have tons of books/resources from the past, but I'd like to hear some fresh ideas from people here.

I'm looking for some good recipe ideas. I don't want to do the fancy stuff trying to replicate non-raw foods, and I use nuts VERY sparingly. I just want good simple combos that taste phenomenal and easily digest. Any ideas? :)
