I plan to finish my 80 oz of water (half way there) and stay within my calorie limit. Today is also my 1 mile treadmill day so I'm hoping to kick my time of 14.10. I will also take a walk while I'm here at the office.

Well I walked 2.5 miles during my lunch and did my strength training class as well. Got my water in today! Pilates in the morning so I am going to bed early. Good night everyone0
