Today I turn 46 yrs. Ouch!!! I had time to reflect and decided what I need to do this year. I want to lose 46 lbs off me & 46 boxes & bags out the house. That end weight would be healthy for me. I guess its about 1lb & 1 box/ week. Worst case scenario I don't achieve it. I would still be in a better place & better body. Throw me a number in weeks. What is realistic time to lose 46 lbs? D

Happy Birthday! Like the idea of getiing rid of 1 bag/box per year of age. As far as weight loss, everyone loses at such a different rate. If your goal is around a pound a week, you would have met that goal before your next B-day.0

Hope you had a happy birthday! I really like this idea! I will be turning 46 this year too! A realistic time frame to lose 46 pounds would be average 1-2 pounds a week depending (I would say probably 1 pound would be best). So I would say in 46 weeks it would be definitely doable!0
