taking days off

Hey all,
I just joined this group. I started ripped in 30 last Tuesday. I was wondering what other peoples' experiences are with this... I've found that I've had to take days off in between to let my muscles recuperate, so I can't do the 5-6 days per week as recommended. This is the first time I've worked out in years, so that is probably why! I'm also finding that I'm not always flexible enough to do all the moves, and Jillian does do much stretching, so I've found that doing yoga on my off days is beneficial. How's everyone else doing?
