Hello everyone, I had lap band surgery 8 months ago, and proceeded to drop 40 lbs over the next 6 months. I've struggled since, putting 18 pounds back on.
My appetite returned, I slowed on my exercise regimen and the pounds came back. I've had 3 fills and I can feel that it is gradually working, but I'm not there yet......But I have lost 3 lbs in the past 10 day.
Just wanted to be of any assistance to someone considering lapband, and get some info from people who have been successfull with gastric surgery or lapband.

Congrats and welcome to the group. I also had the lap band done almost 4 months ago. So hopefully we will be able to help one another and other people as we go along.0
