Staying dedicated

Hey guys, so I've had a good start to lent but there is definitely room for improvement! So I going to try and keep myself motivated by tracking EVERYTHING I eat and sticking to my calorie goals. I'm also going to weigh in every Monday so I can track my progress...if you want join in then please do!
