Mini progress report. 10 days into the 30 day shred. No weight loss. HOWEVER, I have lost cm.
Lost 1cm off my bust
Lost 1.5cm off my waist
Lost 1.5cm off my pooch
Lost 1.5 cm of my but
Lost .5 cm off each thigh
Totall 6.5cm so far! 20 more days to go

I have not remeasured yet but I have lost 2 lbs.
I am also walking/running 20-30 minutes a day.0 -
OMG!! Did Level 1 Day 10 then did my measurements. I couldn't believe it!! Between 13th February and today here are my stats (in cm):
Weight down 3lb
Waist down 2 cm
Belly Button down 2.5 cm
Bottom down 1 cm
Thigh down 1cm on each
Thats a total of 7.5 cm and I honestly didn't expect to be down 3lb.
That is only with the 30 day shred, no other excercise. Think that calls for a glass of wine to celebrate!! :drinker:0 -

Ive lost 5lb so far and im on day 6, i cant remember all the stats but something like this.....
waist -2 inches
hips -1.5inch
thighs -1inch
I am very impressed!!!! And look forward to my workouts now!! BUT i am dreading level 2 lol xxx0 -
My diet is ok! Not exactly the best. I eat back my excercise calories, but usually try to keep about 100 - 150, which gives me a bit of leaway at the weekends, evening up my weekly total. Last Friday for example, I would have been well over, as I was at a friends house for an Indian takeaway and a few bottles of wine!!

So after 10 days, I've lost an inch in my waist and an inch in my hips!!!0

Since Day 1 Level 1 to Day 1 Level 2 I've lost 1.4lbs, 0.25 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off fullest part of my belly and 2 inches off my thigh (not sure if I measured this right though).
I took photos after Day 10 Level 1 and compared them to Day 1 Level 1 and you can see a slight difference so I am looking forward to Day 10 Level 3! Even though Level 2 is a killer!!!! LOL0
