Got to be Psycho Mantis from MGS, that dude was a toughie... Seriously the 2nd controller port?!

Either him or dr. Cortex in Crash series, somewhere fight for the runner up status.

    I think Bowser is pretty cuddly and loveable personally.

    My favorite is probably Kerafym (The Sleeper) from Everquest. Who dosn't love a dragon that wakes up after a few centuries all cranky and decides to kill the world?

    And yeah I realize I butchered spelling his name.

    I know I may catch it from some since he's not an original answer nor from a game per se but I've always loved The Joker. His unbridled insanity is something worth my respect.

    oooh! Good question... My gut reaction is Ganon from the LoZ series. But the more I think about it, I have to give the prize to GladOS from Portal and Portal 2.

    Oh, and though it's a far second to The Sleeper from my earlier post, Damn, did I ever hate that stupid lawnmower in SimAnt. I'm counting it as a villain.

    I've got plenty of fave villains.

    Illidan > Arthas > Magus (before you recruit him) > Kefka (Mwahaha!) > Sephiroth > That one guy in Trade Chat who can out troll me & renders me speechless (he's a fave, it takes skill to troll with such style). :smile:

    hmmm so many good ones. Kefka from FF6 just because hes insane. Galgan from Lunar SSSC because he mocked you so much. The mob boss from Max Payne (cant think of his name) because the satanic chant he does as your approching his room just makes you stop and debate with yourself if its really worth going to fight him. and i know im gonna get flamed for this one but i liked the Turks from FF7 alot more than Sepheroth

    Bowser was mentioned, and I would say yes to him being I think the best villian ever, due to his tenacity and predictable ways.. BUT he is (as mentioned before) a softie sometimes. Especially if you played Paper Mario, you get to see Bowser's personalityand he really is just interested in expanding his own kingdom.

    One of my favorite video game villains is Star Wolf. His starship is bad-*kitten*. He is contracted killer. There is a bit of unknown rivalry between himself and Star Fox, AND he has a bad-*kitten* starship!

    Did I mention his bad-*kitten* starship?
